All of our visits are virtual. Before your appointment, you will receive a secure video link, and your visit takes place during that video call.

Please check our provider state table. To be seen, you need to book with a provider who is licensed in the state where you are physically located during your visit.

Some of our providers are booked a couple of months out. You are welcome to schedule an appointment during that time. You can also switch to any provider who has earlier availability, as long as they are licensed in your state.

Blood work is typically covered by insurance, and we have affordable cash pay pricing for blood work as well. We also frequently run functional labs, including the GI-MAP, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) testing, nutrient testing, and hormone panels. Many of these can be reimbursed by insurance when you submit a claim. If you have any questions about this, we are happy to answer them during your visit.

Cost depends on whether you are paying cash or using insurance. Cash pay is $400 for a new patient visit and $250 for a follow-up visit. If you are using insurance, your payment will vary based on your insurance plan. You can also visit our Services page to learn more.

Yes, we take major insurance plans. Which insurances we accept depends on both the state and the provider, so please check our provider state table to see what applies to you.

Please note that we are out-of-network providers. Before your visit, please call your insurance company to check your out-of-network benefits, since your deductible and cost share will typically be different than they would be with an in-network provider. We ask that you complete this step on your own ahead of time.

Some of the insurances we accept include Cigna, Aetna, TRICARE, United, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Because acceptance varies by state and provider, please check our provider state table for the most accurate information.

As out-of-network providers, we ask that you call your insurance company ahead of time to check your out-of-network benefits. Your deductible and cost share will typically be different than with an in-network provider, and it is important to confirm this on your own before your visit.

Yes, we accept TRICARE Select, and you can book a new patient appointment right away. TRICARE Prime requires a referral, which you can find at this link.

If you have an approved TRICARE Prime referral, there is no cost for your visit.
If you are using TRICARE Select, your costs depend on your service member’s status, such as active duty, retired, or reserve, since the deductible and cost share vary a bit. For the most part, the annual deductible ranges from about $150 to $198. Once you have met your deductible, you will owe a small cost share for later visits, typically 20 to 25 percent, which comes out to around $30 to $50 per visit. After you reach your catastrophic cap, usually around $1,000 and sometimes higher on retired or reserve plans, you pay nothing.

Please take the referral form linked here and give it to your Primary Care Manager (PCM). They will fill it out and submit it to TRICARE. Please check back with us within a few weeks to see if it was approved.

Yes, we see a lot of active duty service members. Because we have not had any luck getting referrals approved, we offer active duty members a 50% discount off our cash pay prices.
