Meet Lindsey!

Lindsey is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner & Functional Medicine Health Consultant.

She has dedicated more than 12 years to working in healthcare, including time as an EMT, a registered nurse on a trauma and step-down unit, and Nurse Practitioner in a walk-in clinic. She has spent the past 7 years learning about & practicing Functional Medicine and the past 2 years receiving formal education from the Institute for Functional Medicine. She is a military wife & mother to a beautiful and strong-willed 3 year old, two standard poodles, and two gerbils. You can often find her going on family walks, at the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings, chasing her 3 year-old around the neighborhood, and making healthier margaritas for friends on Friday nights.
